May 12, 2021 at 3:23 comment added MissouriSpartan If they’re just bone, you’d think that would eventually stop them from being walkers. No muscle tissue left to move the joints. Alain one would assume that in any zombie apocalypse, if they rot or fade away over time along with killing them by survivors, the “zero day” would eventually come where there are no more zombies left because they all faded away into dust/were killed off.
Aug 24, 2017 at 12:41 comment added Flater Walkers shuffle instead of run, because they seem to be aware of the physical limitations of their own bodies. They don't just try to run and fall over because they don't realize that their bodies aren't capable of it. Their unwillingness to pass the wires, compared to shaking the tank, may be caused by their bodies being weaker, but not necessarily their minds deteriorating. They might simply be aware of their weaker bodies. Shuffling against a wire costs no effort (they don't tire), but they can still break their body by e.g. trying to shake a tank with their (now) brittle bodies.
