In, "The Amazing Spiderman 2", Norman Osbon, owner of Oscorp, hands over his company to his son, Harry Osborn. Later in the movie, Harry is fired by Colm for "covering up the murder of Max". My questions are:
- How could Colm fire Harry, the owner of Oscorp?
- If Colm really did have the power to fire him, why wait all this time? It seems he could have fired him for a variety of other reasons or even created false reasons.
- Firing him for covering up Max's "death" when Max was still at Oscorp (along with other secret projects) seems like a silly idea that could easily backfired for Colm.
- And what's deal with letting anyone access even restricted files? It happened once with Gwen when she tried to access info on Max and a big "Access Revoked" flashed on her screen, alerting her something was off. You would think a big company like Oscorp would not want just anyone accessing their files. At the very least, return dummy or fake results instead of a big "Access Revoked" message after they've already accessed some of the information. (And it seems that one of the head security guard was responsible for monitoring access but what if he went out for lunch or left work for the day...?)
