Howard the Duck is considered one of the worst films of all time. It was based on a Marvel Comics character, made into a movie by George Lucas in 1986. The movie was a failure both critically and commercially. It won four Golden Raspberry Awards and was nominated for three more.
Does Disney now own this cinematic detritus?
If so, from which subsidery they get the rights? Is it because they own Marvel Entertainment, which has Marvel Studios (a different Disney-owned subsidiary), or because they purchased Lucasfilm?
