Recently read from Wikipedia that, there are certain specific rules for preparing billing block of a movie poster. Such as point size of the billing block is 15 to 35% of the average height of each letter in the title logo and specific billing order which are maintained by DGA and WGA in the U.S.

So my questions are

  • Are these universally accepted rules?
  • Does each country have their own billing block guidelines?
  • Is this question off-topic here? Should I need to ask this somewhere else? – Clicker Jun 2 '18 at 7:08
  • Can I ask this same question on other StackExchange sites too? – Clicker Jun 7 '18 at 16:30

As per meta discussion, this question does seem to be on-topic. Cross-site duplicates (posting the same question across multiple StackExchange sites) are generally frowned upon - if a question is off-topic but would be on-topic elsewhere, then the preferred course of action is for the mods to migrate it, but that's not the case for this question. – F1Krazy Jun 8 '18 at 12:34
