In Raid, there is a scene in which Indira Gandhi calls to look for other legal options and the officer asks for a written order, because he pointed out it could be anyone calling with the PM’s voice.

So, my question is, did Indira Gandhi actually call an officer or not, as film is based on true events?

Have the film makers given any source / piece of data, like a retired officer claiming to have been called by Indira Gandhi on changing the raid?

There's a very extensive accounting of events here on Quora. Assuming the poster is legitimate (and I have no reason to think he isn't), in brief, the events of the raid are fairly close to reality. It actually took around 18 hours and focused on three sites, a mob was raised by the MP, attacking the people who were searching his house. No attempt to create political pressure (by calling Gandhi) is mentioned; quora.com/…

Some political pressure was applied to the tax officers after the raid, as a form of revenge. No significant action was taken, but it caused quite a lot of worry for the officers as some were subject to jail sentences that were held "in abeyance"
