He was missing some details, so did they really expect him to care enough to go around spreading these rumors that he's no idea are true or not (putting his reputation at risk) and in the state of emotional distress after firing? 2. They expected to be able to finish with the sale in a day and the timeline even 60 cents/dollar around mid-day IIRC. This means there wasn't even that much time to spread that rumor (remember how long the whole cycle of reporting this irregularity to actually making the decision took?). | |
