I have realised, from reading different resources, that Gally didn't get in there on purpose, he was in fact controlled by the labs because of that microchip that is still in his brain. I believe that he was manipulated by WICKED to go through the maze that he didn't know even the first few hundred metres of, and he was manipulated to run the maze. HE then found that there was dead Grievers laying around near the exit and slipped past while there was a 'quite' period, he was manipulated to pick up and amputate a 'key' which is the device to open the door to the 'Griever Hole' and he was forced to enter the sector sequence that he didn't already know by WICKED (they controlled his every movement) and he was controlled to got through the Griever Hole a little while after the other main Gladers went through. He then was controlled in which direction he was going through the long corridor after the Griever Hole, he could not control anything that he was doing, he then pushed open the edit door to find the laboratory, where he found the other Gladers about to fully escape. he was forcibly controlled to pick up a revolver from a dead scientist (or in the book it is a knife) and he didn't want to do any of this but he was being controlled to. He demanded that everyone belongs in the maze and says some other stuff about belonging in the maze, then he (he already had the revolver poised) went to shoot (he was manipulated to do this as he did not want to kill or even harm any of his friends, they were his family) and Chuck was manipulated to jump in front of Thomas and was shot in the chest (or in the book he was stabbed by the knife) and in the movie Mihno threw a spear into Gally's heart, but in the book, Thomas jumps on top of him and nearly beats Gally to death, meanwhile Gally in his head was shouting "I'm sorry, I'm sorry I didn't mean to do any of this' and then he thought "maybe I do deserve this, maybe this is something that I have deserve for a long time" and this is when it stops. Gally didn't like Thomas from day one, but every time when Gally tried to tell the others an idea, he is shot down in flames, he has tried for a very long time to get everyone out of the maze to safety and alive as he cared about everyone, but when Thomas came, Thomas was leading and it tore Gally in half and he snapped and decided that enough was enough. WICKED found out about this and took it to their advantage and manipulated Gally to try to kill Thomas on their immediate escape, but Gally is the one who is shot down in flames. This I believe is what happened and how he got in.

In the past, Gally suddenly went missing from the Glade, everyone thought that he was dead, but he came back a while later and started acting all wierd and stuff. from day one he has not liked Thomas and is nearly beaten to death by him. Gally becomes suspicious of Thomas when Thomas nears the maze on his first day in curiosity, almost entering until Ben shoves him to the groundwhen he gets back to the Glade from the maze. I believe, when thomas enters the maze the day Minhpo and Alby get stuck in the maze, that Gally became jealous of him because he risks his life for others and Gally hadn't done anything for the entire 3 year she was in the Glade for. When Thomas comes back alive to the Glade from the maze and Gally finds out that all three; Thomas, Minho and Alby got bqack, he became seriously suspicious of Thomas and though that he knew something about the maze that Gally did not know. Thomas gets the punishment of being in the pit for a night and becomes a runner the next day. Thomas and Minho take the device to the maze. when they come to the part where they stop and look around them, Thomas takes the device out and finds that it tells them the way out by beeping. Anyway, when Thomas and Minho discover a posible escpae that Minho never knew about, the maze collapses in an attempt to kill them. When they get back to the Glade alive, everyone though they were dead. That night the doors don't close and the Grievers come in. I believe that before the runners went out that day, Minho and Thomas were being listened to in the hut in the forest, where the model of the explored maze lies. Gally may have followed them there and eavesdropped the conversation because Minho DID say the sequence that the maze moves each day/night, Gally may have heard this and noted it down and went back. Chuck must have seen them go there and told them that Teresa was awake, he may have followed Gally suspicious of his actions. The night of the Griever raid, Gally may have killed a griever because he was separate form the rest of the camp along with about 5 others and he must have stung himself to say to Thomas "It is all your fault, he is one of them, he is one of them" and attacked Thomas in almost the same way that Ben did only a few days earlier. He must have extracted the device from a dead griever and used that, he might have snuck past the grievers that the group fought to get out of the maze and that is probably how he got in, or unless the control room shut the Grievers down or trappe them in order for Gally to get through and enable hi to catch up with the other survivors in the Control room where he killed Chuck, using the sequence that he noted down from Minho in the hut with Thomas about the maze, he must have gotten in unless he was manipulated by the Creators and they might have opened it up for him. This is possibly how he might have gotten into the Control room becuase he showed no signs of carrying a weapon into the Control room other than stealing a revolver from a dead scientist and throws the device down to the ground. He must have followed the group in order to spy on Thomas and his actions and attempt to kill him in the Control room. I may be wrong, but this is how I think it must have happened, what other explanation is there?
