I did some digging and it looks like nobody can really agree on what language this is, but most people agree it isn't Moroccan Arabic. The article may just be blowing smoke (it does say "which is apparently Moroccan" without any conviction or sources). I don't think that an assumption about language is enough to support this answer. | |

The harder question is how he actually got into the occupied city, but he'll manage that, too, I guess. | |
