The books name Ron, Harry, Hermione as the ONLY Gryffindors to move on in Potions, however the movie also shows Neville, Dean Thomas, Seamus Finnegan and Lavender Brown. Katie Bell (7th year) and Romilda Vane (4th year) are also shown in the class. Crabb and Goyle are not mentioned in the books as being in the Potions class as well. | |

I don't remember for certain, but I think there was actually a line about Malfoy looking out of place without his sidekicks. | |
