I know Mary Kay and Johnny is the first TV sitcom, but I heard none of the episodes survived except maybe one episode from June 1949 that got archived by the Paley Center for Media, but I don't think it's publicly accessible to see.

So any idea what's the earliest surviving sitcom? I was thinking about US examples when I made this post but non-US examples are also fine here because I'm pretty curious. Partially surviving examples do counts as "surviving".
