I believe it's a portmanteau of "Edit + Magic". Edit Magic.

Essentially, all of the raw footage they shoot during reality shows like Survivor can be edited in many different ways. Sometimes, this creative editing or "editing magic" can be used to make a contestant seem like they acted in a way contrary to how they actually did. A bad act may be edited to seem good or vice versa.

Essentially, Erica is saying that she's really proud of how she played the game and ended up winning, although she is aware the producers may (for commercial/dramatic purposes) edit the raw footage in a way that makes it seem she acted differently than she actually did. Specifically, her feared her edit might make people not want to root for her.

It's a portmanteau of edit + logic. A way of determining in advance, based on edits of each character per episode, who might be the winner.
