Sorry, I didn't mean to be accusatory, especially not at you (you didn't write the films!). It sounds like Skeeter was created because the Muppet Babies needed a female character. But I think the gender ratio in the rest of the films is equally imbalanced, so I'm not sure it makes much sense to continue leaving her out (if that was indeed the sole reason for including her).
