What happened to the helium 3 tanks of america in movie Iron-Sky? @NIleshSharma No, they were not American but Moon-German. The president just claimed them after the Nazis were defeated. |

Why does Borden want to change the knot used in the trick? "Some nights you just can't get it, can you?" - And once again one of those hidden allusions to his doppelgänger. In fact many of those sentences can be seen in a new light after having seen the movie, apart from the obvious "one day you love me and one you don't" line. And of course +1 for the answer. |

Meaning of last sequences of Apocalypse Now? Whereas your post contains some interresting ideas, you might want to reformat your writing a bit to make it easier to read and follow. |

Why doesn't Borden know which knot he tied? +1 Given that the whole movie uses the doppelgänger motive all the time it is indeed quite plausible to interpret this diary entry in such a literal way. |

Why doesn't Borden know which knot he tied? @Mani I meant the scene when he actually tied the knot right during the trick. There was a small look from Julia into his eyes which could've meant do "do the other knot". Ah wait, I see what you mean, maybe Julia thought he does the other knot, which they agreed to do earlier, but then the twin doing the trick didn't know that Julia wanted (and was prepared for) the other knot. Wow, this tradegy gets a whole new dimension and it could be Borden's secretiveness that lead to her death. |

Why doesn't Borden know which knot he tied? @iandotkelly Or the twin who did it didn't even want the other twin to know so he couldn't write it into the diary either (see my 2nd answer). |

Why doesn't Borden know which knot he tied? @iandotkelly But on the other hand the diary was all made up, so you cannot count on this line being a truth just because it was in the diary. |

How did “Jack” (the narrator) manage to attract people to join Fight Club by beating himself up? @siebz0r +10 Now finally somebody who realizes that reading an article written in the first person doesn't magically turn you into the protagonist in real life. |

How do the writers of The Simpsons handle the character's aging and time progress? Hah, what strange theories people come up, just to explain the creative freedom and continuity ignorance of the writers. Nothing to explain here, because The Simpsons were never ever meant as a physically consistent world model and thus don't need to adhere to any theories. It's the same like trying to theoretically reason about the state they live in. I've given up on that a long time ago after realizing that it is non-answerable by design. |

Identify thriller/horror movie with mirrors +1 Matches the description in many points. One of Carpenter's rather underestimated movies, but it really has some interresting features and a great atmosphere. Especially the dream message from the future was one of the most original ideas I've ever seen, haven't seen such a thing anywhere else. |
