Where does Skyfall take place in the Bond timeline? Well, the original poster can only decide what history he meant with his question (and we both decided to answer for the broader picture and not only the Craig-movies). But I'm not sure how far Casino Royale's status as a complete reboot is really arguable (but maybe it could at least bear a slight platform for debate and justify a new question). |

Where does Skyfall take place in the Bond timeline? But the fact that the last three are actually reboots of the whole franchise makes the them the sole "Bond history" (considering actual movies). The other movies just don't exist, because Casino Royale was a reboot. |

Where does Skyfall take place in the Bond timeline? "However, if you were to consider them as a history of a character these are the best clues I could think of" - But as the rest of your answer says, you're just not supposed to do that and those clues lead the reader onto a completely wrong track. |

Where does Skyfall take place in the Bond timeline? Meh, those clues are rather pointless (as you even state yourself in the rest of your answer): (1) It's not the one from Casino Royal. (2) It is the old one from Goldfinger, but not from that actual Bond mission, but just a little nod to the old days/movies. (3) Brosnan doesn't have anything to do with it, it's a complete reboot, with only Craig being James Bond ever. (4) That was just a small ironic nod, not neccessarily referring to the actual GoldenEye mission. |

Where does Skyfall take place in the Bond timeline? @APaleShadow "Thus each movie can be viewed as it's own individual 'canon'." - This doesn't hold for the Craig-movies, though, but otherwise correct comment. |

Who is the Lady of the Wood, and what's her relationship to the rest of the elves? Please make sure for future questions to actually write complete questions in the question body. You have repeatedly kept on misusing the question title to make up for the incomplete and out of context text in the question body. This significantly compromises reading pleasure. |

Is it possible to tell who is who in each scene? "Also, the Performer seems more prone to emotion-based behavior, while the Ingenieur is typically calm and reasonable." - That's because nobody (including the audience) is supposed to recognize Fallon as Borden, that's why he has to stay calm and in the background. |

Is it possible to tell who is who in each scene? Interresting theory, but "I think one Borden is primarily the ingenieur, and the other is primarily the performer. In this way they have a similar relationship to Cutter and Angier." - That's what the movie wants you to think, but in the end Borden himself tells you that's not how it was done. They both played Borden and Fallon alternately. |
