comment What do actors do when dialog is designed not to be heard?
I think it depends on what kind of mood they're trying to convey. In a scene of an angry mob, for instance, the traditional dialog is "RHUBARB RHUBARB RHUBARB!" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walla

comment Explanation of a drugged up Vincent Vega scene
It might be to show the non-drug-using viewer that heroin is meant to be injected, not snorted.

comment Films released in additional version without the score?
I distinctly remember seeing the "Get Smart" episode "Rub-A-Dub-Dub... Three Spies in a Sub" televised without a laugh track at some point in the late '70s, but when I went to look at it just now on Youtube it had a laugh track just like every other episode. I remember the jokes all sounding very lame without it.

comment Identify a TV show opening from a recent music
The "ooh" refrain sounds a little like "Madder Red" by Yeasayer. I don't know that it was ever used for opening credits, though. youtube.com/watch?v=QO1y1wJduCo

comment Can Product Placement in Movies break the 4th Wall?
I think an in-movie reason is that the astronauts are meant to be sending video back to Earth that will be broadcast to the public. But it is absolutely possible for product placement to break the 4th wall. George Clooney did it in 1988: youtube.com/…
