comment Two sisters at end they go to beach
Maybe the 1991 remake of "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane". I only saw a little bit of it, but they did go to the beach at the end, and one of the sisters is disturbed. imdb.com/title/tt0103242

comment Sword and Sorcery Movie Featuring Women
Could it have been a female gladiator movie rather than sword and sorcery? Maybe "The Arena", (1974). imdb.com/title/tt0069729

comment Movie where stranded people kill (but not eat) a person to survive famine
"Delicatessen", (1991), is pretty much ruled out by your clarification, but it's a very close match otherwise. The story involves a landlord hiring a former clown as a handyman, with the intention of eventually killing and cooking him. imdb.com/title/tt0101700

comment What happened to Theon's crew?
I think I remember a scene with Roose Bolton telling Walder Fray about it later. He says he had told Ramsay to make a deal with Iron Islanders, but "Ramsay does things his own way".

comment How do the Reavers reproduce?
My theory depends on the Reavers going back to Miranda between raids and taking on more of Miranda's air. (We see in the movie that there are swarms of Reaver ships in orbit above Miranda, and that they are capable of landing there.) Maybe they disable the air purifiers on their ships, just as they disable the "containment" on their engines. That might cause the drug to persist in their own ships' air, but not in the ships they board and leave. (I know there are a lot of assumptions here. I think this explanation is internally consistent.)

Yes, the percentage of susceptible individuals is one in a thousand, and finding such a one on a boarded ship would be a rare occurrence. Others on the boarded ships might very well have exhibited the calming response, but nobody who arrived on the scene afterward would know about that since all that is left are the butchered remains.
