Jan 18	comment	Bruce Wayne's device Nope, I am talking about right before that when the lights overhead are flickering. The cops are chasing in a car and a cop's like "what's happening to the lights?" and then lights are turning off and on as Batman drives through so there is like a circle of darkness around him as if he did that deliberately to mask his approach. Later, when Batman stops his bike (scene in the pic) the light are fine all around him. So makes me think as if he can control it...and its him rather than anybody else like Bane or his men.
