Reference for 'headlight eyes' in Cars 2? Yep - you're spot on about Herbie, phwd, and that's a nice observation. I recall watching a special feature on the first film that showed the original inspiration for the looks of these cars as being a cartoon from the 50's called 'Susie, the Little Blue Coupe', but hadn't considered the Herbie angle. |

Which film was the first to show us the face of God? Not sure if Jesus is counted, but he is depicted at the end of Birth of a Nation. |

What is the significance of a man sitting on the train engine in the last scene of “Live and Let Die”? The character of Baron Samedi is actually based on a voodoo deity rather than a real person, and one might suppose that this would account for his otherworldly powers. It should also be noted that he is not a strictly 'villainous' character - the baron is relatively neutral in his meddling with the affairs of the living, and so does not need to die (as befits Bond baddies in general). There were also rumors that the Baron would be returning in one of the following films- but these rumors are uncorroborated. |

What is the significance of a man sitting on the train engine in the last scene of “Live and Let Die”? You're right - the info I found wasn't up to par so I'll just place it in here for further edification: |

Western with extremely sweat-lathered horses His was a small role, and he was indeed an old man, but the gag never fails to make me laugh. I won't spoil it for you - it's a good film to watch late at night when you are drunk :) |

Western with extremely sweat-lathered horses Makes me think of Buster Keaton's infamous 'horse sweat' scene in 'A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum'. |

Identification : Film where colour fades throughout to represent dying protagonist I actually have a soft spot for this film. I was a big fan of Annabel Jankel and Rocky Morton (the directors) after their creation of Max Headroom and some superb 80's music videos, but they dropped the ball with their attempt at a Super Mario Bros movie. |

Where did the T-Rex come from? I agree with both of you gents - however, I think my biggest beef is that Spielberg would resort to this kind of 'cheap trick' in a scene - off the top of my head I can't think of another case of this in any of his other films. |
