Seeking a 1960s Sci-Fi movie about a female humanoid robot Thank you Mary, this is indeed the movie I was looking for. I remember seeing it regularly on tv in the Seventies, but had forgotten it starred Lloyd Bridges and Angie Dickinson. She turns out not to be a robot (funny how memory plays tricks); the scanner which the aliens use simply only detects male aliens! I would never have recognised this picture from its title alone - it sounds more like a sequel to 'The Love Bug' than a SciFi movie. |
