Most faithful Dracula book adaptation (motion film /animation) Copola's version has differences with the original novel and hence it can not be called - 'The most faithful adaptation' which the OP is looking for. Wikipedia says "Coppola's story includes a backstory telling how Dracula (who is the historical Vlad Ţepeş in this version) became a vampire, as well as a subplot not in Stoker's original novel in which Mina Harker was revealed to be the reincarnation of Dracula's greatest love. Dracula serves as a tragic hero instead of being a villain. " |

Do they really drink or eat when shooting movies? I remember on scene from the movie - 'Lost in Translation' where Bill Murray is shooting for a Whiskey commercial and he asks the people on the set "If you give me real whiskey, may be I can do better. This is not whiskey. This is iced tea." May be that sort of things happen. |

How did Angier know not to appear in The Prestige? See on this my opinion is that ANgier did this whole setup - 100 shows of 'The Real Transported Man' to trap Bordon. He knew that one day Bordon will come up the stage disguised in some form and he will go below the stage to see what's happening. So when finally that moment arrived - when Angier is performing the trick and someone from the audience is called up on stage Angier identifies Bordon and the he knew that now is the time, not to appear, because this will leave Brodon with the dead body in the basement. |
