comment Why was the Avengers movie called something different in the UK?
Yes, "Suit up!" was his catchphrase on one of the early seasons of How I Met Your Mother.

comment Why wasn't Miles Dyson disarmed?
@jampez77 Yes, normally one person might stay behind to try and talk him out of it while the rest get a safe distance away. But in an instance where the trigger is something that the bomber physically can't keep open, it makes sense for everyone to run for it.

comment Why did the writers / producers of the West Wing spoil the final season in episode 1?
@DisgruntledGoat Who's the woman you think Ted ends up with? I don't think we know that yet.

comment Identify this movie: Boy meets girl in an apartment complex
@MathewFoscarini You're welcome. I haven't seen the remake yet, but the original is extremely well done. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who likes scary movies.

comment Who is the blue elf lady in the Bad Anon meeting?
A Beholder is one-eyed and all tentacle-y, but the green guy is the wrong color, and I think he's too big.

comment Who is the blue elf lady in the Bad Anon meeting?
From The Familiar Faces of Wreck-It Ralph, "Disney confirmed that the tentacled, crown-wearing monster is just a generic creature not tied to any particular game." So, it's possible that the blue elf lady is also an original character for the movie.

comment Is there any evidence of “Big Twist” movies having poor post-cinema sales?
"Book of Eli" is another good example. It's very different watching it the second time.

comment Which related films do I need to watch before watching Avengers Assemble?
@AidanO The downvotes might have come before this was edited (mine did, now removed). I don't really have anything to add but the link to the full answer. That's not really an answer itself, so just a comment.

comment Which related films do I need to watch before watching Avengers Assemble?
The Sci-Fi site had this question a few weeks ago. Which films should I see before “The Avengers”?

comment Why was the Avengers movie called something different in the UK?
However, "Suit up!" appears to be the battle cry most often used in the film. I have a feeling NPH is behind this.

comment Who is “The Mask” impersonating after he gets “shot”?
@Morpheus I can definitely remember Bugs Bunny doing this scene

comment Was Edward Furlong allowed to watch Terminator 2: Judgement Day when it was released?
@EknathIyer Yes, they could and probably would. While they might be willing to look the other way for the kid who was actually in the movie, the friends still wouldn't have a parent or guardian present.

comment What kind of company is Initech?
@JeffSahol I don't know enough about credit unions to answer, but if that's the case it would seem like a possibility.

There's way too much noise on the Internet about this right now for Google to be any help. :(

@JacobG I don't know. Add it as an answer?

comment The credibility of Bourne being shot in the back
@Tshepang I would probably hide under the carpet, weeping. But we are talking about the dictator of a country here, so we shouldn't expect his reaction to be typical. It probably wasn't the first attempt on his life, and it would send a strong message to his enemies if their assassin not only failed, but also wound up dead.

comment Why did Jason Bourne put a laser with his bank account number in his body
@Tshepang If you find someone alive with two bullets in their back, wouldn't you look them over for other wounds?

comment Does it matter in which order I watch the “Man With No Name” trilogy?
@Alonzo I'm pretty sure only Clint Eastwood is playing the same character in all three films. A few other actors appear in two or more of the three, but they play different characters.
