comment Eloise Hawking's connection to MIB and the loophole
@Kristian Because the scheme involving Desmond was in motion. Ensuring that the MIB believed his scheme was still going according to plan was important so then Hawking and Widmore could then attack MIB and take him by surprise.

comment Eloise Hawking's connection to MIB and the loophole
@Oliver_C That's why I had the parenthetical about Linus at the start. We know that Linus had been manipulated by the MIB, but we don't know about Widmore's or Hawking's reigns as the leader of the Others and if they were also being controlled by the MIB instead of Jacob.

comment Why did Maester Luwin want Bran & Rickeon to be taken to the wall in S02E10 of GoT
You might want to add why it's safe to to to the Wall. That Jon and the Nightswatch would protect them.

comment Was the family connection established in The Empire Strikes Back?
That IMDB page is just an unsourced wiki. It would be better to link to something that is either a primary source, or at least cites its source.

comment Is there really a bugle trophy in Man of Steel?
That linked page doesn't really 'confirm' anything. It's an un-sourced wiki. Anyone can put anything up there.
