comment How do the new X-Files reach German free TV so fast?
"They are going out first on our channels — nowhere else," - Curiously, the german dubbed premiere will actually be 4 days earlier, on Austria's "ORF". - On "ProSieben Austria" you'll have to wait until February 8th (the same as Germany).

comment Why was the episode “The Mountain of Youth” almost lost?
@try-catch-finally - Since I live in Austria I know that "The Mountain of Youth" did air in Germany, and I have seen it dubbed in German. I'm talking about The Ten Percent Solution when I say "I kind of understand why this episode wasn't shown in Germany". - I have seen Harry's Will (in English) and also have no idea why this episodes was skipped for dubbing.

comment What happened to Penny's pharmaceutical sales rep job?
The Cuck Lorre quote at the end is about Season 8, not 9 (it is from July 2014, after all). Penny making more money has been a story in e.g. The Expedition Approximation‌ (8x06) and The Fortification Implementation (8x20). - I haven't started watching Season 9 yet, so I don't know if that continues.

comment Why cutting an 'X' into ammunition?
"... guarantees that the round will fragment upon striking the body..." one should be careful with such definite statements (especially if the source is a internet forum, whose posting members may or may not actually be "ammunition specialists"). - A similar question has been posted at our StackExchange sister site Skeptics.
