comment How/Why did Tyler Durden got shot in the head?
The Narrator realizes many things about his condition and Tyler at the very end of the movie (when he realizes for instance that the gun is in his hand instead). This means that the Narrator is in the control of his brain now, and not Tyler. During the fight scene, it was clearly under Tyler's control, which is why he couldn't kill Tyler. What I meant in the question was: at the end, when Narrator had the control and wanted Tyler to "really listen to him", he could have shot Tyler directly this time - and it might have worked this time, because his body was under his control. ;)

You probably didn't read the question. That was not what I was asking for... ;)

comment Why do the kicks have to occur simultaneously?
@Casebash: Obviously, they will. The quote you quoted was in the first part of my answer where I was talking about the dynamics of dreaming - my real answer to the question is in the first line and in the last two paragraphs. I was talking about what you are interested in all the way, on different levels and not on the same level. I still think the answer to this question is that some of them might end up in limbo if they are still dreaming while others exit from that dream, which is why they made them all synchronized on all levels.

comment Inception: Transferring a totem
Just thought it would be worth mentioning: A totem is an object that helps you identify if you are in someone else's dream or whether you are dream sharing with someone. It's not a reliable device to check for reality because if you are in your own dream and not sharing with anyone, the totem, to my knowledge, is useless.

comment How does Ariadne know that Saito is dead in the upper level?
@Phong: It could be a plot hole because we don't have any other material in movie that suggests Cobb would have known it for sure. Time is a problem like the above comment says, but we should take the things Cobb knows about limbo also, as another reason. Look at my comment for the above answer. Saying that Cobb must have felt the alien nature of limbo space changing, is one way to answer Why Cobb said by now and "What made Cobb feel that way".

Yes, I also thought the same might be the case. Something like this and "Cobb could see a new sub conscious material entering the limbo space, which means that Saito died" could be given as an explanation to those who ask how Cobb found where Saito was when in limbo. He must have judged it from the foreign nature of the environment. I wanted to confirm that I was missing nothing. Your answer confirms it and I think this is a better answer only because of the guessing part. You also quoted 'by now' and gave possible reason for why Cobb might have done that.
