comment Regenesis - why is it not widely available?
I really don't mind, just thought it was worth mentioning. ;)

comment Regenesis - why is it not widely available?
That's good information, but technically not an answer to the question. I'm afraid though the answer simply is: Because they did not think it was profitable.

comment Movie content ratings within (Insert country)?
There are too many countries with too many individual rating systems to have a definite answer on this. (Just look how big the Wikipedia article is and how briefly he still covers each country.) If you want to know about a specific country, ask away, but in the current form the question is far too broad.

comment Is this show bitching on gaming?
Welcome to the site! This is no ordinary forum, asking for opinions is not really something that fits here. Please take a look at what you can ask and what doesn't work as a question here in the help center. That said, I think you could edit your question so it's not asking for opinions but facts.

comment Fan theory of Stanley kubrick directing the moonlandings
First off, please don't take my vote personally, it's really just not a great fit for SE imo. You say there is a difference between rumor and fan theory, so please explain what that difference is. Because the claim in your question is nothing but a "crazy" fan theory, or are you saying that this really is a credible argument? The average distance between moon and earth isn't even 237k miles, its 238.9k. How is a video on Youtube a more credible reference than anything anyone spins up on a personal blog or even here in an answer? You are asking not for facts, but opinions, and that's why I VTC.

comment Fan theory of Stanley kubrick directing the moonlandings
I vote to close because this is both too broad and opinion-based. When is a crazy fan theory "official" enough to be worth an answer? Anyone can come up with any wild connection if he looks hard enough. If I said that the number of steps on the moonlander is equal to the number of segments in the film "The Shining" (9), would that qualify as an answer? I hope that you see the problem.

"killing Bond"? Last time I checked he was still alive.

comment What was the original plan?
I don't think they actually filmed anything when opening the vault. Not to mention that this would not prove anything either, would it? They could just have planted it there while they are in there. :)

comment How is an actor cast that's an older version of another one?
I agree that aging should be easy with makeup. The much harder thing to do is making someone look much younger.

comment Why didn't Natalie realise Leonard killed her boyfriend?
@Idontusuallylikemovies: I think the fact that he wears his clothes and drives his car is much more unusual than the fact that he has his coaster. ;) I don't see why that's a problem with my answer, though.

comment Is the title a homage to Back to the Future?
Wait, what? They named the movie after something that came up on a random word generator on the internet? How very creative...

Good find. You should include your info from the comment above. Seems relevant too.

comment How do the Reavers reproduce?
Ok good point. But the Firefly crew checked the atmosphere in the ship and decided it was okay. Also they did not experience any effect while on board. Could be that it just does not work that fast. I'm still not sold on the drug staying in the ships for so long, though, especially if they regularly dock other ships. How long ago was the Miranda incident?

comment How do the Reavers reproduce?
Well, things like Sheperd Book's past were explained outside of show and movie, so I guess there is a chance of some additional info or at least a convincing theory. I mainly was confused that the explanation in the movie seems to contradict what we learned in the show and hope there is an in-universe way to make the parts fit together.

Interesting and cool theory! Two problems: 1. The drug being so long-lived in the air of the ships seems like a stretch, unless the Reavers somehow produce it. (maybe it's contagious?) 2. In Serenity they said that the drug affects only 0.1% in that way, for most people it worked calming (too good even).

comment How are water scenes (with flooding) achieved without injuring actors?
Hm, I don't see why this would be much different than any other action scene where stuntmen are involved? Do you have a specific scene in mind where you think it could not be pulled off with "normal" stunt tricks?

So did he break his obsession in the end? After all he was pursuing her again, probably because he noticed how unhealthy his behaviour was getting?
