Someone on Reddit actually has listed all of his on-screen injuries, including listing those that were only alluded to in the show rather than shown in the episodes. Here is a list of on-screen and implied injuries through Season 4 Episode 9, based on injury type: Shot S1 E2: Training Day - Reference to an incident with Popeye. Implied to have been ...

I did some digging and found 2 forums (here and here) where this picture was discussed. The posts state that this image came from a stock photo site, istockphoto. Though there was a link in the discussions to support the findings, the link no longer works, so I cannot prove that the image came from istockphoto. Nonetheless, the multiple discussion threads ...

She first changes her name to Carol because that's what Archer called her while they were in a relationship. From IMDB: "Archer: Training Day (#1.2)" (2010) Cyril Figgis: Hello Cheryl. I have located a couple references to it, but am not sure it isn't a joke. Many references are very recent, and lead back to Archer, but one leads to a free-form Q&A forum where the specific topic is 'detox'. Kelp Tape is part of the answer. The answer is disgusting, and again, I am not sure it is for real. Further down the thread we come right back to ...

From the script: ARCHER: Mother. Pardon me, sorry, one second. Pam? MALORY: No, you don't Pam! ARCHER: Pam. MALORY: ...

This slap pattern started in Season 5. I'm not sure exactly what episode, but it is definitely in Season 5. I think it is within the first 4-5 episodes. I've watched Seasons 1-4 many times over (as they are on Netflix), and while there is slapping, the pattern of many light slaps ending with a larger slap is not present.
