Looking for an old movie about pilots. Maybe black and white. Can only remenber that one pilot ends up in bed with the other pilots wife while he is in the other room. One of Them gets killed in a crash.

Not a lot of details but I'll take a shot. Is it Always. The film starred Richard Dreyfuss a s a pilot who gets killed and comes back as a ghost to watch over his girlfriend and guide another pilot (who eventually falls in love with his girlfriend). Not black and white but I seem to recall a scene where the two are together with Pete (Richard Dreyfuss) in another room (even though he's a ghost). Not exactly as you describe but... Updated: This film was a remake of A Guy Named Joe which was more about the pilots (based in WWII instead of fire fighting) and was in Black and White (according to IMDB) so I would agree with the comment that the film in question might be the original version rather than the remake. |
