I'm looking for an american movie or TV show with a scene where a kid (possibly 9-13 years) uses his computer to develop a simple game (similar to Space Invaders). In that game the player shoots at a picture of his school bully's or his sister's face (I can't remember which one exactly). The scene happens after he arrives home after school.

The scene is not that relevant to the plot, but it's the one I want to watch. I'm pretty sure I saw this more than 8 years ago, but I'm pretty sure it is older, more than 12 years.

In resume:

  • Around 1985 - 1999
  • Protagonists are kids
  • There is a scene where the kid develop a game with the face or his bully or older sister

Sorry if this is too vague... but it's what I can recall about it. If you know a movie or TV show with a similar scene I'm interested in watching it!
