I can not remember the title or actors of this movie. It was about a teenage guy trying to get a girl to fall in love with him. When she does, he breaks up with her, supposedly because he wanted to get revenge on her. In reality he (might have) done this because he is not going to live much longer because of a disease.

@VijinPaulraj Not really. I watched this movie about a year ago, but not sure how old it was. Definitely not older than 5 years though. It was a typical teenage school type movie. I remember that quite a bit of the movie was about the things he did to make her fall in love with him. There was also a scene where they were in his car, which was rolling towards a cliff without him caring and he stopped it just in time. – Michael Frey Jul 28 '12 at 9:02
It sounds like She’s All That, This Time Around, as well as How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (except for the teenager part), and if it were the other way around, John Tucker Must Die. It’s kind of hard to pin down because there have been so many “rom-coms” recently, and quite a few of them could fit. – Synetech Jul 30 '12 at 1:50

It sounds like Beastly. It’s about a high-school guy who gets a curse put on him, making him ugly. He has to get a girl to fall in love with him within a year to break the curse, or else it becomes permanent.

I'd just like to thank everyone for the help. After hours of searching I have finally found the movie.

It's called Keith.

Keith is dying of cancer. He makes her fall in love with him for revenge and to have fun. He actually also falls in love with her, but because he is afraid because of what is happening to him, he is cruel to her. Loved this movie, but could not remember the title or actors. Found it after a lot of searching.

Not sure what to comment. :-) The movie is pretty much about what I said in my question. Keith is dying of cancer. He makes her fall in love with him for revenge and to have fun.
