Trying to identify an old cartoon short, maybe from the 80s. It was about two hotrod jerk kids who drank booze and terrorized their town; in the end, they wound in Hell with one getting his scalp 'peeled out' on by a tire, and the other being force fed firey booze. It was drawn in kind of a rough edged style.

Odd, it sounds like it would be much older than that. Was it a cautionary religious cartoon? – Walt Aug 8 '14 at 22:46
Nope, was tongue in cheek. The main characters were kind of Beavis and Butthead types, hot rodding around being general douchbags, boozing up and creating havoc. It was more of a "ha ha they got zapped for being jerks' type of ending, not really a morality tale, more of entertainment at seeing two idiots 'get it'. – TexasRaider Aug 9 '14 at 4:45

"Jack Mac and Rad Boy Go", it was a short on MTV's Liquid Television. Mike Judge was definitely involved in that one. I really enjoyed this one as a teenager :D

Well done, that fits the description perfectly... but Mike Judge had nothing to do with it (he came to MTV in '92 and this is from '85). He was inspired by it, though - read here. – Walt Aug 26 '14 at 21:25
