In a specific scene in the movie, Bruce Willis is a killer who is dressed as a police man. He is sitting along with a parked car which has a remote controlled machine gun. The remote of that gun is in the hand of Willis in that his pen acts as a joystick to zoom-in the target through the camera mounted on the machine gun. Target is a dignified person who is giving speech to a crowd. Willis fires, but he missed the target.

I think you're thinking of the Breaking Bad finale. It was Walter White, not Bruce Willis. And it was a key chain button, not a pen with joystick. And the target was a neo-nazi, not a dignified person. And he actually hit his target. Everybody except Meth Damon. Yep, Breaking Bad finale. – coburne Jul 2 '14 at 20:12

The Jackal from 1997. You can see the scene you're describing here. Here's a still of the machine gun:

I love the scene when he blows Jack Black away. Funny stuff. – Johnny Bones Jul 2 '14 at 11:05
