The guys doesn't kill all man in USA, sorry I meant, he starts investigating the people in the city and hates the fact they are full of money in their pockets so he starts killing them and at the end the police doesn't catch him – user9519 May 10 '14 at 21:39
Please edit your question to add these details. Also please clarify what 'hench' and 'they guys is built' means. – iandotkelly May 10 '14 at 21:41
Simplified it to 'muscular', if that's OK – Walt May 10 '14 at 21:42
Apart from the wife sickness part, sounds a little like 'Falling Down' with Michael Douglas – iandotkelly May 10 '14 at 21:46

The armored van detail helped. Sounds like Assault On Wall Street from 2013 with buff actor Dominic Purcell. From an online recap:

The story of Jim, an armored security guard who loses his life's savings and his health insurance. After his sick wife dies because of this, he takes revenge on the American financial system

He does it by offing Wall Street bosses one by one. Here's the trailer.

This is, however, a Uwe Boll film... Make of this what you will! – Walt May 10 '14 at 22:10
