It's not a perfect match for your description, but this sounds a lot like Three Men and a Baby, an American film from 1987 directed by Leonard Nimoy.

In this movie, the three bachelors live in the same building, but not together, but the name alone makes me think it might be what you are looking for.

Hold the presses. Leonard Nimoy directed Three Men and a Baby?! – Andrew Martin Apr 4 '14 at 13:02
From the description, I think it might be the sequel, Three Men and a Little Lady. – Bill the Lizard Apr 4 '14 at 13:02
It's wired that its a remake of a french film and both american and french film have sequel. And it is remade in India two times in two different language. Anyways looks like a match. +1 – Ankit Sharma Apr 4 '14 at 13:06
@BilltheLizard Why don't you answer it? Looks like a match to me. – Ankit Sharma Apr 4 '14 at 14:14
I think @BilltheLizard is correct. I had forgotten there was a secret. I am not going to add this to my answer, but I will upvote Mr TheLizard if he answers. – James McLeod Apr 5 '14 at 1:14

James was close with his answer of Three Men and a Baby, but I think the love story between one of the men and the child's mother didn't take place until the sequel, Three Men and a Little Lady.
