I want to identify a movie, but I have very little information about it. All I know is that it was most likely made in the 1960s (certainly no later than 70s), and that there is a scene in it in which Robert De Niro, and likely a few other guys, unload a coffin from a train.

Does this ring any bells for anyone?

If you know the actor, then its simple deduction from his IMDB history to find the movie. – TylerShads Jul 23 '13 at 0:29
One would hope. – Tortilla Jul 23 '13 at 2:16

Sounds like "Bloody Mama" where De Niro ends up in a coffin causing his co-star Shelley Winters to say he was taking his method acting a bit too far.

Interesting. I'm having some trouble finding a copy to watch, but I'd like to see it soon to verify. Sounds plausible. – Tortilla Aug 11 '13 at 21:41

I guess Sam's Song. This is one of the very first movies of his.

I see @druciferre already edited ... in the future, to give a better answer, throw a link in the answer to the movie you are talking about or give some details as to why you believe this to be the answer. The idea is to give the community at large the answer, not just throwing a suggestion out there. – Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 Jul 22 '13 at 11:01
Please add some details indicating why you think this movie might be Sam's song. – KeyBrd Basher Jul 22 '13 at 13:03
