I am looking for an old movie (50's or 60's) Which was about the Roman era, and depicted at the end a huge Slave revolt, which ended with the Roman winning, and crucifying all the revolting slaves on the way to Rome.

That's Spartacus (1960). The ending is historically accurate; according to the Wikipedia article on the real Spartacus,

Six thousand survivors of the revolt captured by the legions of Crassus were crucified, lining the Appian Way from Rome to Capua.
