Can anyone help me find a short film on environmental pollution, probably British but I'm not sure. It wasn't a documentary but parts of the film looked like a doc'. It should be from the period 1968 to 1975. I think I saw it on public TV in New Jersey 1975 to 1978. It had scenes of people in gas masks and one scene with someone smelling a flower in a gas mask! There was a creepy toxic waste site which a young genius boy set up with surveillence so he could find out who was dumping the toxic nasty stuff. I can't find anything on the British and American film history sites I've explored.
