I am trying to find a movie where the starring character is an attractive Hispanic woman who finds pleasure on murder scenes and so she decides to work for this company that cleans places where a murder has been committed so she can learn more about this and then she commits her own murders. The woman is actually really nice and she gives a more empathetic side to the role of a killer.

Thank you very much, I really want to watch this movie again.

Can you provide more info? When did you see it? Do you know where it took place? – Flimzy Jun 5 '13 at 4:55
Unattractive female killers (serial or otherwise) are a rarity on the silver screen. – coleopterist Jun 5 '13 at 7:00

This sounds like Curdled (1996). Here's the IMDb plot summary:

Gabriella, a Colombian immigrant, is obsessed with understanding violent crime. The current string of murders by "The Blue Blood Killer" of affluent Miami socialites provides her with fodder for her scrapbook of death. She lands a job with a post-murder cleaning service and during a Blue-Blood clean-up job, discovers evidence that police have overlooked.

However, the ending is not quite as you remember it; either there is another remarkably similar film or you'll have a little surprise when you watch it again.
